It has been over two months since my last blog and a lot has happened in that time. Suffice to say, I totally blew my “NO DESSERTS” pledge. On Tuesday, I had a hot fudge sundae with whipped cream and nuts, and on Wednesday, I had chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.
So I’m starting all over again and I’ve gone two days and counting. It’s said that if you get knocked off a horse that the best thing to do is to get right back on the horse. So, I’m getting right back on my “NO DESSERTS” pledge to myself.

Fitness is important for us. For fitness we should take healthy food and meal.we should take exercise every day.
